With over 19 years of experience in law enforcement and training, Coach Will has built a career around safety, structured learning, and helping others perform with confidence under pressure. He is the co-founder of the Austin Police Jiu-Jitsu program and the Austin Police Marksmanship Team. Coach Will has dedicated years to developing safe, effective training systems.


Experience Working with Children

Coach Will has been teaching kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2017 and has extensive experience coaching youth across multiple disciplines:

  • Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes (2017 – present)
  • Competitive youth swimming coaching (1996 – 2003)
  • Private and group swim instruction (1997 – 2004)
  • Junior shooting sports coaching (2009 – 2017)
