1. Payment Terms
   I understand that full payment is required to secure my child's spot in the Kids Jiu-Jitsu Summer Camp. Enrollment is not considered complete until payment has been received in full.

   I acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the camp administration.

2. Pick-up Policy & Late Fees
   I understand that camp ends promptly at 5 p.m. each day and agree to pick up my child on time.

   I acknowledge and agree that:

   • A $30 late fee will be charged for every 15-minute increment past 5 p.m.
   • Late fees are due immediately upon pick-up or may be charged to the payment method on file.

   Only authorized individuals listed by the parent/guardian may pick up the child. Identification may be required at the time of pick-up.

3. Code of Conduct & Dismissal Policy
   I agree to support and reinforce the camp's Code of Conduct for both participants and parents/guardians. I understand that:
   • My child is expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other students.
   • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
   • The camp reserves the right to remove a child from activities or dismiss them from camp for behavioral issues.

   I acknowledge that dismissal from camp due to behavioral issues will not result in a refund.

4. Attendance & Release
   I understand that campers are expected to remain on site for the duration of the camp day unless signed out by an authorized parent/guardian.

   I agree to follow all sign-in and sign-out procedures established by the camp to ensure the safety of all participants.

5. Assumption of Physical Activity
   I understand that this camp involves physical activity, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, games, and movement-based exercises.

   I acknowledge that:

   • My child will be actively participating in structured physical activities throughout the day.
   • My child is physically able to participate in camp activities.
6. Health, Wellness, & Readiness
   To support a safe and successful camp experience, I agree to ensure that my child:
   • Gets adequate sleep each night before camp.
   • Eats nutritious meals prior to arrival.
   • Brings appropriate water/hydration.
   • Arrives ready to participate fully.
   I understand that these factors are essential for safety, focus, and performance.
7. Illness Policy
   I agree that:
   • My child will stay home if sick, including symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious conditions.
   • I will notify camp staff if my child is unable to attend due to illness.
8. Medical Information and Emergency Authorization
   I agree to provide accurate and complete medical information, including any allergies, medications, or conditions that may impact my child's participation.

   In the event of an emergency and I cannot be reached, I authorize camp staff to seek appropriate medical care for my child.

9. Personal Property
   I understand that the camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to camp.
10. Prohibited Items
    I understand that items deemed unsafe or inappropriate, including weapons or other prohibited materials, are not allowed at camp. The camp reserves the right to confiscate such items and address the situation with parents/guardians.
11. Photo & Media Release
    I grant permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during camp activities for promotional or educational purposes, including use on social media, websites, and marketing materials.

    I understand that I may opt out of this by providing written notice to the camp prior to participation.

12. Program Modification
    I understand that the camp reserves the right to modify schedules, activities, or instructors as needed to ensure safety and maintain program quality.
13. Parent/Guardian Communications
    I agree to maintain open and respectful communication with camp staff and promptly inform them of any concerns, schedule changes, or relevant information that may impact my child's participation.
