What Your Child Will Learn

  • Safe falling, fun movement training, and coordination games
  • Real self-defense concepts (NO striking)

Daily Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

7:30–8:30 AM: Arrival & Team Building

Kids ease into the day with:

  • Coloring, games, and creative activities
  • Making friends and building confidence
  • A calm, structured start to the day

8:30–9:30 AM: Movement & Fitness

Building strong, confident movers through:

  • Balance, coordination, and agility
  • Safe falling, rolling, and standing
  • Fun animal movements and partner drills

9:30–10 AM: Snack & Break

  • Hydration and rest
  • Social time and teamwork development

10–10:30 AM: Martial Arts & Life Lessons

Kids learn through fun, interactive lessons:

  • The history of Jiu-Jitsu
  • Respect, discipline, and confidence
  • Story-based learning and demonstrations

10:30–12 PM: Jiu-Jitsu Training

Hands-on learning in a safe environment:

  • Foundational positions and techniques
  • Partner drills and guided practice
  • Intro to safe, controlled sparring (optional)

12–1 PM: Lunch & Recharge

  • Eat, relax, and reset
  • Supervised and supportive environment

1–2 PM: Outdoor Play

  • Games and free play
  • Encourages creativity and friendships

2–3 PM: Movement & Creativity

  • Martial arts-based games
  • Music, rhythm, and coordination
  • Confidence through movement

3–4 PM: Team Training

  • Small group skill-building
  • Leadership and teamwork
  • Preparing for final showcase

4–5 PM: Open Mat & Games

  • Fun, supervised grappling games
  • Apply skills in a safe, positive environment

3–4 PM Friday: End-of-Week Highlight - Parent Showcase & Team Demonstration

Kids will perform a fun β€œFlow Drill” demonstrating:

  • Movement skills
  • Teamwork
  • Confidence and coordination
